movies like ski school, ski patrol
or ski horror flicks like icebreaker, ski wolf
or movies that a huge part of the movie involves a ski lodge or at a ski resort

There are a couple of ski chases in Bond films, in For your Eyes Only with Roger Moore and On her Majesty's Secret Service with George Lazenby.
And we shouldn't forget "The Bat People". It isn't a "ski" movie, but part of it does take place at a ski resort, and it is a hoot.
