DO you like "The Young Ones"? How about "Monty Python's Flying Circus"? or "Benny Hill"? Well, let me tell you something: this is about 1/100th as good as those. It IS a comedy thuogh. I guess, by the most general defination. It's not some straight to video cash in either. It seems to have a decent budget. It's not particularly annoying or offensive. The lead actors aren't miscast. The main actress is pretty darn attractive. The problem is the joke writer took the day off. Think of say, Caddy Shack, and what it would be like if 90% of your favorite parts were taken out and replaced with something really nondescript and merealy fuinctional and you have this headscratcher in a nutshell. recommended for fans of stuff like "the big bus" or patrons of this particular site. in it's defense, how could it ever live up to it's amazing title

here's a genuinly helpful review from netflix
QuoteThis is a very strange movie that you will like a lot or not at all. It spoofs quite a lot of famous scenes from other movies - sometimes just a few seconds here or there... mostly sci-fi movies but not all. Youll see the scene where the guy in the hospital befriends a big Indian (Cuckoos Nest) and the cant miss it space ship scene(Close Encounters)- you keep finding all these references to other films. I thought it very funny but it is Brit humor, an acquired taste.
