I think she must be well over 25... oh, hell, let's say 45.
Teenage has never been as long as it was back in the 50's

The Horror of Party Beach has a few 30-year-old teenagers in it.

THE GHOST IN THE INVISIBLE BIKINI (1966)

The last of the A.I.P. beach movies had Tommy Kirk and Deborah Walley instead of Annette  Funicello and Frankie Avalon. Boris Karloff and Basil Rathbone are in it, too!

Teenage has never been as long as it was back in the 50's

Remember, even 14-year-old girls wore heavy foundation garments and old-lady hair to make them LOOK old.

The main protagonist in SCARECROW (2002) is in highschool and looks like he's in his mid 30s. Also, the supposed teens in PUMPKINHEAD do not exactly look genuine.

Years separated the making of Phantasm and Phantasm 4, but I am pretty sure they're set only months apart, making this guy a bit old to be playing a "boooooyyyyyy!!"

Phantasm 2 was set 10 years after part 1 (Or close to that), from there part 3 was supposedly set some months (Or years? I forget) after 2. 4 was set directly after 3.

There's Ring of Terror-it was on one of MST3K's collection.  Technically, they were supposed to be college kids, but all the actos were their late 40's

My bad - maybe the fact that they used another actor in Phantasm 2 two threw me.

I Was Watching The Movie DISTURBING BEHAVIOR , and i noticed james marsden looked way too old to be playing a 16 year old , for a laugh i checked out his imdb page , and according to his birthdate he would have been in his mid twenties
when the movie was made

I Thought The Same About the lead actor from COLD HEARTS ,
I Checked his imdb page and determined he would have been in his early thirties
When The Movie Was Made

Michael J. Fox is a 24-year-old Teen Ager which would be a fitting title then Teen Wolf...

Although, Michael Landon was 21 years old when he starred in "I Was a Teenage Werewolf"
