I gotta wonder what the ramifications are though? Is some species of fish going to die out because their food supply of mosquito larva dries up? What about bats or some birds? It sure would be cool to trade pesticides for this though, , I think.

Sounds like yet another thing that will be too unwieldy, expensive, unreliable, and impractical to actually be used in rural Africa. 

The mosquitos win again.
