I mostly use the boring "throw up",  "puke" and "barf" because I'm a traditionalist.

Since I (and most of the people I live with) are Blackadder fans, we often use "Chundering" to describe the act, and anyone in our circle who chunders after a night of heavy drinking has to wear the "Cardinal Chunder" name tag the next day.

By the way . . . what percentage of your vomiting experiences have included vomit coming out your nose?   I'd say my ratio is about 80% "mouth only" and 20% "mouth and nose."

I've never had it come out my nose. That must suck!
