God, Jack Thompson sucks, as well as Joseph Lieberman. :hatred:
I can understand finding things in games offensive, but really it's not much worse than what's presented in a lot of movies, some of them even Hollywood made. At least, it's no so bad that one needs to propose a law on video games. Christ, why not waste government time doing something useful?

These righteous idiots believe in the idea of it being easy to be a holy man on the top of a mountain. Take away everything that tempts you and you get an instant ticket to Heaven.
Morons.
I'd like to take a moment to give props to Utah Governor Jon Huntsman for vetoing the Utah Thompson bill. It was yet ANOTHER blatantly unconstitutional bill that would have wasted millions of tax payer dollars before being thrown out.
But yeah, I keep hoping Jack Thompson will end up in prison. Maybe some day.
I'd like to see it made illegal to knowingly create laws that are unconstitutional. But, of course, that'd make 3/4ths of Washington law breakers, so it won't happen.

Such a law as you propose would itself be unconsitutional.

I would have guessed as such, but I can try to "make a statement" with another pointless unconstitutional law, just like Washington does!
All at taxpayer expense. Huzzah!
