If you suspect a reason that isn't listed, please post it.
the zombies got him.
That is weird that he's not here. He practically lived on this board and only logged out when he went to bed.
He's probably taking a break. Maybe he needs a breather.
I miss the guy :bluesad:
Maybe he got eaten.

That could be a good thing, , , or that could be a bad thing. . .
I'll bet it's a woman. At least I hope so...can't picture him with a man...dispite the make-up!
Seriously....I hope he's ok. Mebbe his computer is down...or he couldn't pay the bill...? He is defintly a clown...he always makes cracks me up! :bouncegiggle:
e might be hanging out with Wag in the real world...I haven't seen him lately either
He's cheating on us with another board. :hatred: I'll have to message him.

How do you know !!!!
Get 'im, Darksider !!!
Show that clown who's boss!!!
Maybe he was promoted to Ringmaster!
Ringleader would be more likely, , , like the DEA is always going after.
The killer klowns might have abducted him.
But seriously, maybe he just has a problem with the interwebs.
Didn't he mention he got together with some woman recently? They can be pretty time consuming. Make you forget about the important things in life, like chatting on the internet about awful movies, and video games!

So he's cheating on us with another board AND a woman? Sounds like we need to domestic violence him up a bit.
HE'S RIGHT BEHIND YOU! RUN!!!!!

Yeah, so I was strongly leaning toward "woke up married" but ultimately decided on "woke up superglued to an inanimate object".
"Jail" was also a strong contender. I envisioned an epic week-long bender, possibly including one or more marriages.
It was tough making that decision.
I actually thought of splitting it up between "Woke up married (Woman)" and "Woke up Married (Transvestite)", but didn't want to alienate him.
This isn't like Mario is Missing, is it? Circus, please don't make me jump my way through a mock platformer, answering cultural questions hither and yon.
Maybe he was never real in the first place...
We've all been having a group hallucination :buggedout:
But, , Circus was the only person we know that had access to drugs good enough to cause such an elaborate hallucination. It's a logical paradox. . .

Could he in fact have discovered a way to travel back and forth in time between the Eighties and the present?

I sure hope not, else there very well may be a bunch of little clownlings running around that are old enough to drive a car or even buy booze. Quick, someone go look through back-issues of the tabloid magazines for evidence.

Maybe he wandered into an old police box and disappeared. That has been known to happen in Britain. He'll travel around for a bit, fight some Daleks, then settle down in the 80s as a roadie for Iron Maiden and forget all about us.
I suppose that counts as abducted by aliens.

I wouldn't.

He hasn't been on his MySpace page either. :bluesad:
I hope he's OK, a part of me thinks he's just being a wanker and messing with us.
I sent a PM, haven't heard anything back. Hope all is well in his world.
This is the problem with only knowing people online. You never know what's happening in the real world. In all seriousness I keep cycling between "he had an accident", "he's tied up with a girl", and "he's in jail", oscillating between "it's something good" and "it's something bad". And the frustrating fact is that we'll never know, until he (hopefully) turns up again and explains himself.
I'm jumping back an forth between "Something bad happened" and "He's doing this to p**s us off". Damn kids these days. ..
Maybe we need another poll regarding his punishment. .
I love the fact that when a regular goes missing we all worry and get concerned.
We're a real community !
We look out for our own.
If the imdb had taken him from us, they're in for a arse kicking !!! :teddyr:
I'm hoping it was just something like his computer dying, and not something tragic, like marriage.

Oh god! If it is that, we should have a wake or memorial service to note the tragedy.
I've chatted with Circus in the past and it isn't like him to say "f-ya all" to everyone on this board type so I'm a bit concerned. Side note, I hope he doesn't take this as "where have you been young man" kind of thread when he comes back. Rather, a "we care about you" thread.

When did he say "f-ya all" :bluesad:
Somethings gone badly wrong in his world, anyone else getting that feeling...
I'm just hoping that he comes back and has tales of being kidnapped by curvaceous upper-level school girls or something equally non-terrible.
I even miss seeing the creepy-ass clown avatar he uses most of the time.
he's back !!!!

A woman, work, an plenty of alcohol. Sorry I've been gone a while everyone and I am really overwhelmed by people actually being bothered about me not posting. I've had a crazy week, lots of crap going on, some good, some bad, but I'm doing okay. Reading a few of these posts was quite touching, but on the most part hilarious! :bouncegiggle: Thanx.

Well, it's about time young man :teddyr:
You're grounded - no off-internet activities for you for a month! Of course, you can still drink while on the computer. We're not unreasonable :teddyr:

How do we know this is really Circus... and not Circus'

Could be like Pet Sematary. The clown you put up there ain't the clown you get back.
Or perhaps Circus has returned as a cyborg.
Or maybe he was kidnapped BY the Borg!!
Was resistance futile, Circus???

He tamed the Borg by introducing them to Heavy Metal. Then they all went on a week-long bender and the Borg finally dropped Circus off at home. Right now, a cube is weaving its way across space to the strains of "I AM IRON MAN."

I still think Tom Baker OWNS that character!!!!!
Did they ever have clowns in a Doctor Who episode? I know they had killer Santas....

There is an episode when a scary clown briefly pops up...don't know which though.
Think it's a Tom Baker one.
We really should stop clowning around with Doctor Who. This thread is about Circus Circus.
Thank you, thank you! I'll be here all week.
