A few weeks ago I was watching a movie called "Naked You Die (1968)" It s Giallo flick that I found quite enjoyable to watch.

Towards the ending of the movie (the spoiler will not ruin the movie) one of the female characters has a father that happens to be 009. He visit is daughter by swooping her off her feet and closing the door behind. 009's car phone was asking where is the agent and the other characters said "He's a little busy." (refering as if the father was having a sexual relation with the daughter and its normal because he's a secret agent and all they do is have sex with woman.)
I'm not sure if something was lost in the translation of subtitles...
It seems that the director intended 009 to be the girls father but the scene is too creepy since the other characters think this is normal behavor to assume a father is having sex with his daughter. Was insest acceptable in 1968?
But thinking about it, it seems that 009 could be the girls boyfirend and she told the other girls that he's her father(???) because she didnt want the others to know about her boyfriend since she's is a young woman. (I would assume she would tell the others that he is her Uncle, since I have seen other stories where the girl hides her boyfriend by calling him an Uncle or Cousin)
But i'm still confused why the other characters would think the insest relationship was acceptable???
If anybody seen this flick feel free to commit and/or feel free to talk about your questionable scene in a movie... :)
The scene in Creature From the Abyss when they are in the lab for the first time on the ship and the nerd gives us insight as to what they are looking at and the cocky guy says "One of them wasn't dead" and the the girl says "how do you know?" and the cocky guy replies with "ehhhhhh" and then the scene just cuts to something irrelevant.
Come to think of it there are a bunch of scene like that in CFTA, i friggin love that movie haha.
I remember in WILD AT HEART (an entire movie that left me going "Huh???"), there was this random scene where a trio of naked women, everyone of them over 400 pounds, go running through the parking lot of the West Texas trailer park where Sailor and Lula were staying. With no explanation or context.
Bizarre.

There's a scene in Transmorphers where a couple of huge robots are attacking, and they've got big rocket launchers on their shoulders. One of the highly-trained uber-commandos goes and stands right in front of one of the robots, aiming a tiny pistol at it. The pistol doesn't fire - the special effects guy never got around to adding muzzle flashes or gunshot sound effects. So the robot fires a bunch of its missiles, at a target 10 feet in front of. The commando girl is surprisingly - laughably - uninjured, just a little dirt on her face.

The out from nowhere kung fu attack in Pieces is quite fun and most unexpected.
The people jumping out of the torpedoes that smashed through the window of the ship in Star Crash was quite strange.
Early scene from "Kinjite: Forbidden Subjects" (1989) has Charles Bronson busting in on a underage prostitute's predatory John (Who happens to like a little S&M apparently), beats the crap out of him, bends him over a bed rail, and sodomizes him with his own dildo.
Chuck says, "I'll show you what it's like to be on of those girls."
Next scene he tells his wife, "I did something stupid today, it may effect my pension."
Chuck's my hero.

I've talk enough about Frogs, Raggedy Ann, Monkeybone, and Cool World, so I won't mention a scene from those movies (There are plenty of enough What??? scenes in them). So, I'll mention something else. I do think the end scene of Jaws: The Revenge, where the shark explodes for no real good reason is a pretty good example of something to make you say "What???"

I need to see the 'reimagined' JAWS: THE REVENGE. When I saw it at the theater way back when, the shark got speared by the boat, hollered, and just sorta hung there and wiggled.
Having the shark blow up real good for no apparent reason sounds like an improvement! :bouncegiggle:
