The National Film Video and Sound Archives has vacated its' historic 120 year old building situated on the grounds of the equally historic Union Buildings in Pretoria for the last time.
Our new HQ is in Pretoria Central ~ 239 Vermeulen Street to be exact ~ and this is what the building looks like...

It is a bit sad because the old building was like a second home to me ~ I went there every day of my working life since December 1, 1989. Hopefully our move will be a new beginning for us. :smile:
Ah that's too bad Trev, I used to work at a movie theater and when they tore that down i felt a little twinge myself as it was wear I made alot of friends and was my first paying job.
On the other hand, that new building doesn't look too bad. At least it's not a drab corporate strip mall looking beast.
