Title: Kids spy movie?

A movie I watched as a kid and I ran across it in Las Vegas. Didn't get it though. But any help finding out the title of this movie will be appreciated. I think it was made in the late 80s to early 90s. Four kids-three boys and one girl. I do remember that the girl's name is Denver. (it's where she was conceived.)  But, the plot is in order to get a favorite teacher's operation, the kids come up with this plan to sell aircraft plans to the Russians. They get the plans from Airplane models. The cover art is the four kids sitting somewhere and looking at something. Again any help would be welcomed.

Based on the plot information, "ZITS" is a perfect match.
