Well just about an hour ago I graduated, and after a good bit of celebration I'm letting you fellas in! Wish me luck for college (Please), but first I'm going to have fun this summer!
...Really a light post for such an occasion, I'm kinda at a loss for words >.>
Congratulations Mr. Briggs! Enjoy some celebration. :teddyr:
Very cool! It's hard to believe you were just in high school. You seem to have a knowledge beyond your years.
Any idea what you'll be studying in college? WARNING: Even if a school allows you to "design your own major," "Godzillanomics" is not a wise choice.

Thankya veddy much! :teddyr: Ironically I do think my university lets good students make their own major, though I doubt combining nuclear physics and zoology would translate into "Kaiju Studies" much less Godzillanomics ._. . Instead I plan to couple filmmaking with writing if at all possible, and minor in acting.
Congratulations...I just graduated college myself today!
My advice to you: Make friends with people in a variety of majors. Not only does this help broaden your own outlook on life, but they can let you know when and where their departmental picnics are, and smuggle you in to get free food.
Congrats to Saucer Man and Mr.Briggs! Have a fun and SAFE summer....unlike these guys....on GRADUATION DAY (1981)....I hadda get a BAD movies reference in here....I think I might have some kinda O.C.D. that affects horror movie geeks....

Congratulations to both of you gents! Mr. Briggs, my wife has informed me that college is not all beer and sorority girls - I just wanted to warn you in case you had the same preconceptions as myself.
Quite frankly, the sororities scared me -- a friend's girlfriend joined and it was like she was brainwashed. The sorority was all she'd talk about, she'd cancel plans with us to hang out with her sisters...we began to refer to her sorority as "the Cult."
Congratulations! College is a wonderful experience and one you'll be glad you'll did forever.
Congratulations. Next year, I'll be graduating high school as well. The years sure do fly by.
Hooray! Congrats!
...And Mr. Briggs, promise me you'll Wang Chung tonight! :tongueout:
Congratulations Mr Briggs! I have a strong suspicion that Further Education is something that you will thoroughly enjoy!

You and me both, brother! Butwaitasecond... Why are those guys on GRADUATION DAY doing extracurricular activities?? Look, sorry you didn't get the "sport-scholarships", but you've gotta look forward! ...Well if there was a "forward" for you guys considering the... psycho... yeah...

Don't worry, Gunny! Being an abstinent teetotaller I do not need concern myself with such meddlesome distractions; Must stay a "good boy" in case of a "Scream" situation!

See? Clearly a "Scream" situation just waiting to happen!

Really? From all my English teacher told me, it literally takes an entire day to finish homework and most professors are jaded misanthropes o_o

Thank you (Yes, despite my comments, thank you all X) ), I certainly hope so! :teddyr:
Congradulations!. to both of you! College is a lot of fun. For Mr. Briggs my best advice for you would be to take at least one class for your major, your first year to make sure you like it! I've seen a lot of people switch their majors junior year and it bites!

I also had that idea, Andrew: when I went to college in 1987, I was expecting my college to have at least a sports bar or something like that. No, they didn't. It's only recently that www.tut.ac.za (http://www.tut.ac.za) has gotten one.
Hey Mr. Briggs and Saucerman, Congratulations and good luck in your future endeavors!!!!
