The 1st Ghostbusters film is still one of the most magical moments I experienced in a theater growing up as a kid. I was 9 when that one came out in 1984 and it still holds up remarkably well as an adult.
I hated the 2nd one and don't care for it even now.
I'm not quite sure how I feel about them trying to do a 3rd one at this late stage, but as vocal as Bill Murray has been about the 2nd film sucking the big one, for him to sign onto a 3rd movie means that the script is hopefully in good shape.
I find it amazing how well the first two GB movies hold up special effects wise. I can buy the effect more in those movies than just about 95% of cinema out there today.
However, I'm a bit confused why they'd be filming this one. Wasn't the upcomming video game techincally written as a sequel?
Please don't change ECTO-1 !
It's a beautiful car and I don't want to see a modern version. :bluesad:
Stop saying things Dan....
Sounds like Dan's been hittin' the ol' Crystal Head (http://"http://crystalheadvodka.com/") pretty hard...not that I can blame him, it's good stuff.
