I posted about them making this fake trailer into a movie.  Well, according to Bloody Disgusting they begin filming July 29.  Check out the article below for some interesting casting info.

It better happen. It seems like everything that was even remotely tied to Grindhouse has gone up in a puff of smoke. Whatever happened to that R1 threatrical cut box set we were supposed to get? Oi.
