This is some scary s**t!! I'm pretty sure this crap would never get green lighted in the US. I really love the UK and hate seeing this happening.
I was stationed in Scotland for two years back in Edward Heath's 70's and I said then I would love living there if it weren't for the screwy government.
Do elected officials come up with this stuff or is it those lifelong civil servants.
Read here (http://www.express.co.uk/posts/view/115736/Sin-bins-for-worst-families) what I'm talking about. I can't believe the folks who stood up to Hitler would allow this kind of thing.
I ... just ... this is satire, right?
wow. :buggedout: yeah, that would never happen here. The ACLU would be all over it :teddyr: I dont know the circumstances in the UK( Here it would be poverty and lack of education) but it seems to me that they should try and figure out the cause of this type of behavior and try to fix that before going this route.
There's no way this will happen. It's just scaremongering to me.

Agreed.
It's the Daily Express !
Take it from me as someone who regular reads that paper...that it's nonsense (I read it so I can laugh at them and their silly fears, I never take it seriously). They print stuff like that all the time. It's a paper created and written for upper class people who have no idea what real life is like.
They love to scare and it's very two faced !

Read The Guardian or The Independant.
It's all true, I tell you! And these are the guys who are in charge of the entire operation:
