Title: Old 80's-90's film with Alien/Creature on Cover

First of all I want to say wow I love this website. I just came across it by accident the other day. I was wondering if anyone could help me find the name of this old horror movie. All I remember was the VHS box. It had a monster looking alien creature on the cover wearing a white turtleneck shirt. I saw it years ago at an old video shop. Thanks if you know the name of this movie.

The first movie that jumps to mind here is "Zone Troopers."  Not a great fit, now that I check the cover:

id have to agree with andrew. i just watched it for the first time the other day because i found it "on demand". it wasnt what i was expecting, especially having seen the cover art years earlier and never rented it. i enjoyed it none the less.
