I posted about this a while ago. Van Damme was asked by Stallone to be in the movie, but he turned Stallone down. On Entertainment Tonight Van Damme Stallone told him they would make a lot of money, but wouldn't tell him what his part was.
Didn't make any sense, but it would've been cool for him to be in it.
