Ya know, $20,000 is just not enough for a kidney. There are numerous long term considerations and downsides of only having one kidney. Maybe for $20 million I'd do it.

But yeah, it's illegal for very good reasons.

Really, really disturbing. I've had 2 kidney transplants, and I believe living donors are heroes. These guys are just whores.
