I just found out about this website. It provides recommendations of when to go pee so that you don't miss the best parts of a movie:

Trevor: this site does NOT, however, recommend when to change your underpants.
I checked the recommendations for PONYO and I didn't like them. The first pee-break is confusing: it tells you to leave, but then the "while you were gone" section seems to describe events that happened before it told you to leave. The last one would have you coming back close to missing one of the coolest lines for adults. But it's still a great concept, I wish I had thought of it.
One of the pee points in District 9 is right during a good part IIRC.

The one thing that I fear is being the projectionist and badly needing a pee when you know damn well the print you're screening needs constant supervision. :buggedout:
can people really not hold it for 2 hours?
If it's a thriller sci-fi or horror your safe to pee between 15-30 minutes into the movie. You can't pee during the first 15 because if it's a who's the killer movie that's always revealed in the first part.
or you could just take some depends
Personally, I for go the popcorn and drink. I'm there to watch a movie, so I go before the movie.

I drank a large Sprite during the first half-hour of INGLOURIOUS BASTERDS and I had to pee so bad during the final half hour that I thought my bladder was going to burst. But I refused to move from my seat for fear of missing something good.
The only time I remember getting up to pee in the middle of a movie was when I went to see STAR TREK IV. I couldn't hold it for another second and luckily the men's room was directly outside the theater. I zipped out and zipped back in and only missed 2 or 3 minutes of the movie. Other than that, I hold it until the movie is over.
i think we've learned a lesson, never drink during a movie. When I'm at home i dont' drink a giant 1 liter of coke, so i sure don't do it at the theater..lol I dunno, i like to nibble on candy but i'm not big on eating during a movie
i want to see inglorious bastards, however, at the movie grill, so i can drink some alcohol while it's on
you gotta drink while watching tarrantino
