The main character participates in a underground fighting tournament. One of the fighter is a tall thin monkey-like man, who run around on the stage during the fight. Another fighter is a very strong Japanese sumo wrestler, not so fat but very tall and strong. The main character had a hard time to fight with sumo wrestler, but manage to defeat wrestler by punching his balls.

I saw this movie in 90's when I was teenager.

Anyone has some leads?

That actually sounds like The Quest starring Jean Claude Van Damme.

The hero fights and defeats the sumo wrestler in exactly that fashion in Bloodsport.
