Col. John 'Hannibal' Smith : Liam Neeson
Lt. Templeton "Face" Peck : Bradley Cooper
Sgt. Bosco "B.A. Baracus: Quinton "Rampage" Jackson of the UFC
Capt. H.M. "Howling Mad Murdock: Sharlto Copley (yes, the guy from District 9)

I know that Neeson and Cooper are signed, not sure about the other two, but it's been reported that the movie began filming this week with Joe Carnahan directing.
