Say what you will about Wikipedia, but I was reading the article on the Razzies, particularly the section on who has actually accepted their "Worst" award. I now have a deeper respect for most of the people who have accepted their razzie than I did prior to gaining that knowledge. I appreciate anyone who acknowledges when they make crap. Here are my personal highlights:
Bill Cosby accepted for Leonard Part 6. I actually enjoyed Leonard Part 6, strictly for how terrible it really was.
Paul Verhoeven was the first person to actually show up for the ceremony to accept his razzie for directing Showgirls.
Barry Pepper said that, had he known he was going to win a razzie for Battlefield Earth ahead of time, he would have shown up to the ceremony to accept the award.
Tom Green accepted for Freddie Got Fingered (go figure) and was so obnoxious he was dragged off the stage. Tom, your original t.v. show was the only good thing you ever did.
I feel like Halle berry accepted one or some similar award

Yup. :twirl:
Her acceptance speech was actually pretty good. I gained a lot of respect for her (though I already liked her anyway).
If someone like Paris Hilton would accept and make a similarly self-deprecating speech, it would sure make it easier to forgive them for the atrocities they inflict on the public.
I don't know, I think that one film she did that takes place in a hotel room was okay. :bouncegiggle:
Ed Wood :teddyr:
