It kinda looks like a three-toed sloth with a genetic mutation. Assuming it's not just another elaborate hoax like 99.99999999% of the cryptozoology cases out there, that would be my bet.

I saw a thing exactly like this in the woods when I was about 14! It looked like some sort of dead baby, all smooth without fur and it was just lying dead at the side of a pond. I remember going back the next day with my dad, but it had vanished.

Limbs are awfully thin and spindly for a sloth . . . and I've never heard of a hairy creature being so utterly denuded of hair by any natural disease without the skin being wrinkled and flaky from mange . . . wonder if the body was recovered for study?
