"Here, she meets Jet Girl (Naomi Watts!), a woman who repairs jets for W&P. Together, they escape, Jet Girl in a stolen jet, and Rebecca in a stolen Tank, thus becoming Tank Girl. They customize their respective vehicles in keeping with a punk rock anarchy mentality, and soon make contact with the Rippers, a race of genetically-engineered kangaroo men (one of whom, T-Saint, is played by Ice-T). Together, they conspire to take the tyrannical Water & Power corporation down."
