alright now, all i can remember about this movie is that the killer is a little girl. I think she is Satins kid, she ruins a fat kid for picking on her. and she draws a upside down cross on the mirror in the bathroom as her mother takes a shower. she might be an orphan. and it was made some time in between the early 90s and late 70s i think

Perhaps this is "The Omen IV" (1991), which had a girl as Satan's child?
