Hi folks, I'm new here and have been trying to Google references to this particular film...
It begins with this meager man with a controlling mother and the mom happens to get bit by a zombie-rat while at a zoo. The son has to keep giving her some tranquilizer (thru her nose) so his girlfriend or anyone else doesn't discover his zombie mother. The mother manages to infect others at their house and the son keeps tranquing these other zombies.
Lots of gore and general cheesiness but it's quite funny. I remember at one point, the mother's ear falls off into her soup while she's entertaining guests, just before she loses control of her function.
Any help would be appreciated, as I'm looking froward to renting this from Netflix.
That would be Peter Jackson's "Dead Alive"
