I just stumbled upon this while looking for insperation for my hockey mask that i need for my casey jones costume.
This looks LAGIT, man. If i didnt know better, id say that it was a mirage produced, big budget movie. but its just a fan film. check this out, TMNT fans.

It looks very legit. Short clip, but it worked out being short. Phillies in the world series and all, I didn't know if I'd see the whole thing, cause I didn't know it was a short clip.
I loved Casey Jones as a kid.
Really great shots, extremely good lighting in particular. Looks great. Turtle suit is silly though. I'd still watch it though.
