I don't remember much, but the movie is about some guy that makes special effects. Some people ask him to plan a staged death of a mod guy, as a witness protection program, or something similar. I remember some scenes where the effects guy makes molds from the mobster's face, and when the death is staged the "government" guys try to kill the main characted so he couldn't leak the truth to anyone.
