I've yet to see the first two, and I'm skipping Quarantine.  I've heard it's just like the first [REC], except not enjoyable.

I've seen the original and the remake. The remake is pretty much like the original with a few minor changes. However, Quarantine isn't a bad movie even when compared to the original. I'd say both deliver equally.
