Large amounts of alcohol consumed over a 4-5 hour period usually does the trick for me :teddyr:
I may have mentioned this on another thread but:
Play the "alphabet game" to keep your mind working till it gets tired. Think of a song that starts with A, then go through to Z. Then a movie title, then maybe band names, then restaurants, etc. You get 3 letters to skip if you need to. This gets me to sleep after a while.
