Here's how it goes. Pick an annoying comic relief from any movie. The movie can be good or bad. If someone already took your #1 most hated, pick your #2 or any other runner-up.
So you guys don't get off with the easiest one of all time, I'm taking...
Jar-Jar Binks (Star Wars 1, 2, and 3)
Don't know if this is my most hated of all time - but it is probably of the last year.
The two gangster robots from transformers: Revenge of the Fallen.
We've talked about this before and Jar Jar got a lot of votes. I'd have to say he's the worst ever and no one else compares. I generally hate comic relief characters and they never end up dying sadly.
My vote for #3, Sandra Bullock in Speed 2.
Rob Schenider's character in Judge Dread.
Chris Tucker in The Fifth Element.
Roger in The Boogens, and Howard in the original My Bloody Valentine. They both died, thank goodness!
Marlon Wayans in Dungeon and Dragons
Ozzymandias speaks: Pat Brady in anything. Most of all the Roy Rogers Show.
Ozzymandias has spoken!!!
Joe Pesci in Lethal Weapon 2 ~ just plain irritating. :buggedout:

Agreed!!!
As much as people hated Jar Jar, I hated the Ewoks even more.
Add Austin O'Brien as Danny Madigan in the Last Action Hero. The movie was bad enough but the kid got on my nerves.
David Wenham in Van Helsing
The hillbilly sheriff and deputy in Wes Craven's LAST HOUSE ON THE LEFT. Watching their attempts at comedy was actually more painful than the rape scene.
Jar Jar is nothing compaired to Baby Vader saying "I made C3-PO!"
Robin Williams in anything. Alladin, Fern Gully, Flubber, whatever.
Best comic relief: That dude who was the comic relief in Conan the Destroyer and Repo Man

Rob Schenider's character in Judge Dread.
Yes!! Yes!! Fergie in the comics was nothing like the character Rob played, who was completely unecessary. Even Stallone fared better in this one than he did.
I am a big Judge Dredd fan, and while this movie does have a few good moments (The Mean Machine was pretty spot on) overall it was a disappointment. Stallone even said he would have played it with the helmet on the entire time to stay true to the character, but the producers thought otherwise.
