Man, what an awful, terrible and incompetent movie! If you were in a movie store and saw the DVD cover you would probably be inclined to think that the movie was some kind of Maniac Cop slasher ripoff. But what the viewer is subjected to is even worse.
The "hero" Joe Marshall (played by Matt Hannon in his only film to date) has the most pronounced mullet that I think that I've ever witnessed in a movie to date:

His partner sidekick is a black police officer (played by Mark Frazer) who is almost as much of a dunce as the "hero": (http://www.filmsquish.com/guts/files/images/samuraicop1.JPG).
They are going up against some yakuza members who include B-movie and massive chin actor Robert Z'Dar:

This is one of the most painful and inept movies that I've seen in quite some time. Everything from the acting to the editing and the "fight coreography" is laughable. The movie is funny for a while but after a bit it just beats you into submission until you have to cut it off about halfway through.
The hero also has some really odd sex dialogue with almost every single female in the movie. My favorite was the one with the nurse near the beginning:

The best part of the DVD is the commentary and introduction by Joe Bob Briggs. Makes it actually worth watching as a whole.

Yeah I remember pointing this out when I started the topic on the dialogue in movies that is completely stupid. The movie looks terrible, but it also looks like a hoot. I'm going to watch it this weekend when I get the time.
