sci fi movie from the early 1970's
I saw this movie in the early 1970's, the movie was simlar in the six million doallr man:
Population: Zero.  Where the town was 'dead'.  in the movie the whole town was dead, and their water turned dark yellow.  That's all I remember about this movie.
