Title: trying to find a cartoon film

yes, i'm trying to look for a film where it takes place in a cartoonish land and it looks like a pg type film, but it *sometimes* becomes an X-rated film, as in a cartoon person does an erotic dance? no, i'm not joking. this movie also alters between the cartoon world and the REAL world. please help me, this is drivin' me crazy!

sounds like the movie "Cool World" or maybe "Who Framed Roger Rabbit"
