Title: Sean Connery in a Bruno/Mad Max get up

I'm thinking I should know this, but I was just trying to look up Sean Connery's beard when he did the film, The Arab Conspiracy, and found this pic. I'm thinking I should know this one, it is familiar, but am thrown off by the Bruno look

I know one of you knows this outright

People make fun of the quote "The gun is good. The penis is evil." a lot, but think about this a minute:

Show a gun on open TV.

Now show a penis.

Which is treated as evil by the government, the public, etc?
