Damn, this girl caught owned hard time. While I do think the brother's punishment was apporiate for what he did, he sure did get back at his sister in the most awesome of ways.

I don't think it's awesome. I think the guy is a scumbag. He's also committed a civil tort (public disclosure of private facts).

Not saying what this guy did was right, but, why would someone WRITE all this down on a sheet a paper? Seems to me most girls would remember how far they would go/went with a guy, even if the list was half a dozen or more. Is the girl so prone to memory loss she has to consult her notes before remember "Oh, yeah, I just give that guy hand jobs, nothing more!"?
Neatly enough, I have a list like that too, only mine reads something like:
Amy (restraining order DO NOT call)
Sarah (threatening to call the police)
Lucy (will talk to me on occasion, seems friendly, has boyfriend though, damn, damn, damn!)
Alexis (keeps mentioning her dad owns a gun.. phallic reference or hinting at something else?)
Tara (said she wants to own a lingerie shop someday, seemed uncomfortable when I mentioned I had camera and could take pics of her if she wanted...)
Tina (POF girl, no response to my first email.. maybe she didn't get it? Might want to send it again)
Sidenote: Do not mention "The tree scene" from Evil Dead in casual conversations with girls, seems makes them uncomfortable...
