i remember that this older women had a barrel come to her house,it wasn't something she ordered but she opened it and there was a boy inside.i think she thought he was dead but there was instructions and a package of some water substance in which poured on him brought him to life. when she finally did it idk parts are fuzzy i know he meets a girl and they go to like the company he came from to found out what he is or something idk . i really want the name I'm 21 and that movie has stuck with me a long time

Welcome, and best of luck tracking down a copy. I don't think it has been released on DVD yet, but I'd like to see it put to DVD.
