This was at a public event in a public building. I thought these tea party people were all about the Constitution. Maybe they missed the freedom of the press part of the first amendment. Besides running the gauntlet of the press is something any candidate should be prepared for. Of course this bunch only want to go Fox so they get softballed.

Makes me curious as to what questions he is ducking . . .
I agree the security guys went way too far in this instance. About Miller, I reserve my opinions for lack of information. I agree this certainly doesn't look good!
However, the Tea Party has been treated with such contempt and hostility by many in the mainstream media that I can understand them viewing the press as the enemy . . .

The same with the guy who got tasered for standing up to John Kerry. That wasn't cool either.

Well the treatment isn't necessarily limited to the Tea Party. Look at the people labelled as racist by the Media because they disagree with Obama on Healthcare or Immigration enforcement. Just another day in beautiful downtown Gotham City...
No, most conservative groups tend to view a relentlessly biased and hopelessly liberal media establishment as the enemy! That isn't a "FREE" press!
Reminded me of this incident. I sometimes play poker with this guy.

He escorts the reporter (who had every right to be there) out of the banquet. The problem is, he's not security, he's just a guest! Earned himself a disorderly conduct conviction.
