I was out of bed at 4:00 a.m. and at the mall before 5:00. Didn't buy a damned thing and was back home by 7:30. I feel like a lemming. The only redeeming part is I didn't spend any money.
Noteworthy: It's amazing how many chicks young women get all dressed up with full make-up and stiletto heels to go shopping that early in the morning. Maybe that's the real reason I went to the mall today . . .

Maybe? Maybe not.
I worked in retail for two years, and for four years before that in a restaurant attached to a shopping mall. So I've had enough of Black Friday to last me the rest of my life. I had to work today, but it was in a computer room - and it was really quiet today too.

I'm giving you karma for getting up so early.
I was up at 6:00 am, got dressed in my camo gear and did this:

We were at the mall by around 7:00. Unfortunately we didn't get home until around, I dunno, sometime in the afternoon. My brain was pretty numb by then. Macy's, Herbergers, Talbots...it's all just a blur. I'm the best husband in the world now according to my wife (we made a stop at Kay Jewelers. Ah, what's money compared to love)
