A friend of mine who recently met Tim Heidecker of
Tim & Eric Awesome Show fame created a pamphlet of tweets by Tim and his friend Neil Hamburger that they wrote over a course of hours urging people to stay away from the film. Heidecker has encouraged people to print and distribute the pamphlet in front of movie theaters. Feel free to do so yourself! It can be downloaded here:

I thought it was a terrible idea. Yogi Bear? A movie of a 1960's cartoon? I don't think most kids even know who Yogi is. I DO-and I didnt really like the cartoon when I was a kid. In fact-lets be honest,folks-most -hell-ALL-of Hannah Barbara's cartoons were crap.
I dunno, for me if you can stick a kid in front of it for 2 hours and they stay entertained its fine with me. Personally I never liked Yogi. Seemed like a lazy slob to me who put way too much work into being lazy. I don't know why however Justin Timberlake is Mr. Voiceover now. Go back to your whiny singing so that way real voice over folks can earn a paycheck ya bastard.
Where were these pamphlets when twilight came out? Still a good idead. This movies going to be horrible.
Incidentally, I saw Neil Hamburger open for Puscifer earlier this year. If you like truly irreverent and offensive humor, this guy is insane. My jaw was on the floor almost the entire set.

Now now, having heard him the role, he's actually pretty good and so Dan Aykroyd as Yogi Bear.
Interestingly enough, I actually heard some positive things about the film and that it is much better than the Chimpmunks and Underdog movie. This review was probably the most surprising thing I heard in a while:

ya know, it's bad enough that there's a Yogi bear cartoon, but a movie? in CGI? What the hell, why is everything CGI? It should be in Cartoon, not CGI! :hatred:
