*and I was suposted to get Heavy Traffic, but it got misplaced somewhere in the last minute holiday wrappings. But no biggie.
What about you guys? Anything cool?
My boss got me a Boris Karloff double feature- Isle Of The Dead and Bedlam and another movie called Decoys. She said- its got a hot blonde on the back and its about aliens breeding with people and theres killin goin on, its your type of movie :drink:
Men Behind The Sun
Street Trash
Of course the movies I got were weird - I picked them out myself :teddyr:
Feast on Blu ray - really liked this movie, so looking forward to seeing the hi-def version.
Spirit Camp - some slasher that's supposed to be "Bring It On" meets "Friday the 13th". Looks great from the trailer - we'll see.
Banshee!!! - I rented this from Netflix and it was pretty good. I decided I needed to add it to my collection.

Microwave Massacre is awesome if you like z-grade black comedy with some blood. They Don't Cut the Grass Anymore is a Nathan Schiff film...others of his include Weasels Rip My Flesh, Long Island Cannibal Massacre, and...I'm drawing a blank. I love his films for their low-budget gore and weirdness.
...I suppose this should be my formal introduction to the forum. I just joined, but have been a long time visitor of the site (not the forum though).

Yeah I saw it ages ago on VHS back in the day. I didn't even realize it was on DVD now until I stumbled upon it on Amazon a while back. I got a great GF who actually buys me this type of s**t for Christmas presents, lol.
Heavy Metal (f**k yeah!)
Death Race 2000

I recently noticed that Shout Factory has been putting a lot of the Corman stuff (like Death Race) on Blu-Ray lately. In fact, I picked up Galaxy of Terror, Forbidden World, and Humanoids from the Deep on Blu a while back. Surprisingly, I found all those titles at a Fry's Electronics.
...just an "FYI" in case you didn't know. :twirl:
Critters 4 Pack
5ive Girls
Cabin Fever
Christmas Evil
Darkness Falls
Dragon War D-War
Feast
Incubus
Kraken: Tentacles of the Deep
Last Lives
Monkeybone
Ninja Assassin
Quicksilver Highway
Santa's Slay
Silent Hill
Slither
Wishmaster 1&2
and a whole lot more, I got a lot of christmas money which was spent primarily on expanding my collection.
I mostly got gift cards this year (wouldn't have it any other way!), but I did receive one fun dvd: Chopping Mall! One of my favorites, and I used to own it, but have no idea where it ended up. Now, it's back where it belongs in my collection.

Yea, I found a BUTT-load of the Corman collection DVDs at the Barnes an' Noble in my town. Well, 4 actually:
*Slumber Party Massacre trilogy
*Star Crash
*Pirahna
*And one other one. I think it might have been Huminoids from the Deep.
I didnt buy any of them though. Instead, I got Heavy Metal and Wizards. I wazznt to impressed by the later. Not R.B.'s best work, but worth buying. I plan on going back at some point for the Corman dvds.
