From BAD movies.....? I had tons from good movies as a kid. I had all the Aurora model kits (except the Bride of Frankenstien-which was discontined sometime in the 60's). I also had a Barnabus Collins model kit. And some random dinosaur kits, plus the Vampirella and Frankenstein snap together kits.
I had a cheezy looking Dracula 'doll'. A Barnabus Collins board game. various Marx plastic monsters, all sorts of chezzy plastic and flicker rings with monster images,a Monster Old Maid card game (I have 3 of the cards now-Dracula,Frankenstein,and the Bride) Basil Gogos puzzles of Frankenstein and the Phantom of the Opera, a plaster casting set of Frankenstein and the Wolfman, various rubber wigglers of Dracula and Frankenstein. A few Planet of the Apes Mego figures, A Mr.Spock Mego figure, A plastic King Kong coin bank, a cheezy Ben Cooper Frankenstein mask...can't remember more now....
Heres a coll link to monster toys of the past...

I have a Bela Lugosi as Bela the Gypsy figure (Thanks,Eddie!), a Bela as Dracula figure,McDonald's toys of Frankenstien, the Creature and the Wolfman,a small plastic Batman from the 60's, aHot Wheel replica of the TV Batmobile,A Johnny Lightning car with Karloff as the Mummy on it,A Dracula model (repro of the Aurora kit), a # ft. Bela Lugosi as Dracula yard light ornament, A plastic King Kong figure,a Curly Howerd doll,a Joey Ramone figure.
Got lot's of other old 60's toys-but their not BAD movie oriented (Marx Geronimo, ancient Mr.Potato Head and Mr.Pepper Head, various plastic Marx cowboys and Indians, lotsa Hot Wheels, a cast iron Farmall tractor....)
Would LOVE to have this model kit...

Not from a bad movie, but I've always wanted to own one of those little Tom Servo action figures that comes with one of the MST3K DVD packs.  :tongueout:
And then there is always these:

I once got the first set of Star Wars action figures through some mail order thing, which had the Luke Skywalker with the limited edition expendable light saber feature.

But the thing that always bugged me, was that all my friends were in the Star Wars Fan Club, with the T-Shirts, and all these necklaces of characters. When they came out with the extra large series of action figures, all my friends got a Luke Skywalker and/or a Han Solo, whereas I somehow wound up getting two Chewbaccas one Christmas. I had a Han Solo laser pistol, but all my friends had the much cooler Stormtroopers' rifle.

I also always wanted the complete set of robots from The Black Hole Action figure set, and maybe a Charlie Pizer, but all I got was a Dan Holland & a jigsaw puzzle I could never finish.

I'm still giving some consideration to an Iron Man helmet, but I'm currently more interested in modding out my Nerf EX3 Nite Finder.

I thought Spawn was pretty weak, but there was one character I liked enough to pick up an action figure:

I have a good amount of stuff.  Unfortunately its mostly packed away in boxes.

Star Wars - various action figures and toys, mainly re-releases

Cryptkeeper - I'm actually quite proud of my collection regarding him.  I have a lamp, electric chair, talking figure, black light lamp, etc.

Puppet Master - various figures, I also have the larger Blade figure.  I saw him over the weekend and his blade had fallen off.   :bluesad:  I'll have to look for it again someday.

Dawn Of The Dead - I have a zombie figure from that movie.  The local store has one of "Fly Boy" I was thinking of picking up.  Its on discount.

Theres many other I can't think of right now

I used to make model kits of a lot of spaceships, mostly Star Trek.  I guess the later movies were pretty mediocre.  I built an Enterprise D (from the Next Generation) and the Enterprise E (from the later movies).  I think the D fell over and broke in half, while the E must be in a box around here somewhere.

I remember the toys that were released when "Megaforce" came out in the theaters.  They were small vehicles (think Hot Wheels).  I had some of them, like a little command van with a radar dish and a dune buggy.

I had the VINCENT action figure I got at a swap meet, I always wanted the rest of them.

I had all the Star Wars figures from the first 3 movies, incliding the mail order set with teh slidy light sabers and plastic capes, and first landspeeder.  They are around my folks place somehwere... but were toys, not colelctables and only wortha  few bucks apiece now.
Title: GO APE!
Post by: Raffine on January 20, 2011, 05:41:35 PM
I had tons of PLANET OF THE APES stuff. These were really the first film to have a mass toy tie-in saturation, but it didn't really start until they film series was done and the tv series was on and they were showing all five movies at the drive in as the GO APE! marathon.

I had most of the snap-together models including Cornelius, Zira, Dr. Zauis, General Ursus, and General Aldo. The Ceasar model seemed too much like the Cornelius one so I passed. I had a couple of puzzles, paint-by-numbers sets, etc.

I also had some of the comic books based on the movies. The one for BATTLE was actually better than the movie, and much grittier. I passed on the now infamous POTA trash can. I wish hadn't!

I once had one of those ViewMaster things, that had a super 8 feel of Star Wars best scenes.

My friends & I were crazy about that movie.

One of my friends once commented, "I wish we had a movie of Star Wars", to which I replied, "I have a movie of Star Wars".
Knowing I meant my viewer thingy, he replied, "No, I mean a whole movie of it".

Fifteen years later, I got the original VHS release at a bulk close out sale.
Huh, kids & their crazy dreams.

It was one of the things my stepdad threw out, that I had to fish out of the dumpster last November.
Good thing I was able to find it, because I don't have it on DVD.

I have the Burger King figure of the Gillman standing on my computer, and there are various Godzilla's around the house. I'm not sure what else my kids have. I'd have to think about that.  Some He-Man figures and two castles.  There may even be a My Pretty Pony in here somewhere...

I had a die-cast Mazinger.  But didn't know it was special or anything. Silly me.
