A long and healthy life is an understatement..if he hadn't have gotten sick, God only knows how many more years he'd have lived. And to think, healthy as a horse and twice as strong to his dying day. Many people promised fitness, Jack LaLaane delivered.

Well, at least he lived a long, rewarding and productive life.

I was beginning to think he'd live forever.

But, if anything, he showed millions the benefits IN REAL TIME of living a healthy, energetic lifestyle.

He will be missed.

Rest in peace Jack.....YOU'VE CERTAINLY EARNED IT!!! :cheers:
