Victor Crowley is back in this no-holds-barred sequel to HATCHET, arguably the best slasher film of the 2000's decade. Picking up right where the last film left off, you know you are in good hands when you see two topless girls and a man decapitated with his own bowels (how is that even POSSIBLE?) in the first five minutes. I will say that just about fills the movie's boobie count, but you barely even notice due to the fast-paced plot and buckets of blood served up. Kane Hodder is Victor Crowley, the vengeful ghost of the deformed kid killed in a practical joke years before. Tony Todd (from FINAL DESTINATION) is Reverend Zombie, voodoo salesman and shyster whose tour boat met a grim fate in the first movie. Danielle Harris returns as Marybeth, the Final Girl from the first movie, determined to avenge her family and destroy the ghose of Victor Crowley once and for all.
This one is a whole lot of fun, guys. No true slasher fan should miss it!
