You can laugh if you want to though. :teddyr:
The International Federation of Film Archives (FIAF) is holding its' annual congress and Summer Film School in Pretoria this year and I'm going to the film school to learn at the feet of the masters there.

I went back to school when I was in my 30s. I can see myself going back again at some point. Good luck!

Well done, sir! Stop learning, start dying, I always say.

Congratulations Trev! Going back to school when your 44 just means that you'll bring a different, dare I say, more seasoned perspective than some of the other students. Tehy'll probablt benefit from your experience. Keep us posted on your adventures.
Why would I laugh. I'm 43 and working on an MBA.

At first I misread this as you have to TAKE a class in SA film history and I thought, "Geez, Trevor should be
teaching that class!".
This makes perfect sense.

Never too old to learn. My sister, basically a Grade 12 graduate, started studying to be a physician in her late 30s, and did extremely well, being more focused on her studies than her younger classmates. I now have two siblings who are depressingly more wealthy than I am.
Good luck, Trevor.
