And yet another musician snuffed out due to drugs...when will they ever learn?  :bluesad:

I really enjoyed AIC first two albums.  Its sad to see two musicians from the band gone for such a bad reason.

Indeed. It's even sadder that the record companies don't watch out for these types of things as well. 

They should put a morality clause in their contracts.

A contract that specifically states that if any musician willfully admits that he\she has a drug-alcohol issue, or is found to have one thru compelling and unquestionable evidence, that treatment for the issue(s) is mandatory.

These people are more than musicians that make money for the companies, they're people too. And as such they should also be cared for in certain areas that will see them continuing their trade with the proper help should they need it.
