Ok, here's the deal. The time period for this movie is quite wide, somewhere between mid 70s and early 90s and there's not much info to give ya but hope it's enough for someone to guess this movie title.
I think it's a comedy or action movie (could be both). It involves a limousine, a very very long limousine which is run/driven by a crew of midgets. I think they play the role of some foreigners (maybe Russian agents, spy's or mafia). As I can remember this limo is very hi-tech and that in one scene it's driving/going under water like a submarine.
Would be great if I could see it again, so please help. :wink:
