I took a look at it and thought two words, cocktail sauce.

This is a problem I have as well. The first thing that comes to mind when I see an animal is what it tastes like.

Yep, I actually get hungry at a petting zoo.
Animal Planet, Food Channel. What's the difference?
I'm still hoping that someday I get to find out what Dinosaur and Extra Terrestrial taste like.
Would it be proper to say that dinosaur tastes like chicken, or that chicken tastes like dinosaur?

Chicken would be a good guess, I think. Athough dinosaur might taste like emu, which is a red meat. Makes a nice burger, although it's a bit dry.
That six-foot shrimp looks like it might have at least three feet of good tail meat. Probably hard to cook it in one piece though, at least without overcooking the outside before the inside is done. Can't imagine what it would take to drop that thing in boiling water anyway. However it's cooked, I'd probably eat it with melted butter and a squeeze of lemon.

Let's just call it Food Planet.

"These shrimp are simply lovely and have been resurrected through their DNA. To kill them, simply stab them in the brain with a butcher knife and spilt them down the middle like so...."

Well, on Animal Planet, sometimes the food eats you.
