Hi im trying to remember the name of this movie - i have 2 scenes that i remember.
The first was an image of this lab type place where this woman was led naked into a plastic kind of iron maiden device where all the fluid was sucked out of her body by these spikes. There was a woman in the scene dressed a bit like a nun!
The second was of a space pilot that maybe had a dog and gets hit by the bad guys weapon and crashes into a desert. He emerges later with this weird stone thing stuck in his forehead and he's something like a zombie slave and goes off to kill a load of people.
Saw it over 20 years ago but its been bugging me for ages!!
Could be Frankenstein vs. the Space Monster.
There are a metric buttload of women put into a device similar to what you describe near the end, and the astronaut is an android shot down by the aliens. To simulate his flesh being burned off, the makeup department glued metallic stuff to his face, could easily be mistaken for something being jammed into his forehead. He wanders around at random, malfunctioning, and kills people.

Sounds like one of Albert Band's cheapos along the lines of MUTANT HUNT.
