Title: Mentally ill people think they are receiving messages from Wheel of Fortune

I saw an independant film years ago I can't seem to find. It's about two people who think they are receiveing messages from God or something via the phrases on Wheel Of Fortune. Like it says "Niagra Falls" so they go to Niagra Falls, etc.
