Well, let's look at the other reasons:
They want to make sure everyone hears and understands and agrees to the rules, so there's no bankrupting lawsuits from surviving family\friends when some sad-sack decides to jump out of the plane at 35,000 feet after seeing "
My Girlfriend Cheated On Me With My Best Friend" or some other recent Hollywood buzzkill.
Just kidding, people :tongueout:

Good point.
In my case, a waste of breath on their part. I don't watch the films they show on airlines.
(1) I've already seen it.
(2) I have no interest in seeing it.
(3) or I do not watch films that have been edited for content, which is normally what happens when they show a film on airlines.
They wouldn't have to issue the warning if someone hadn't threatened to sue them for showing a sad movie.

Thanks! I was worried there for a minute about what everyone was going to think of what I posted. It does sound a bit insensitive and trying to make light of a potentially serious situation, but the point gets across.
